Cancellation and Refund Policy

NEXORA payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Trials

SOLO and PRO include a 14-day free trial and require a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription automatically renews and the displayed recurring price is charged. TEAM and AGENCY do not include a free trial unless expressly offered in writing.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the end of a trial to avoid the first charge. You may cancel through Paddle’s subscription-management link, paddle.net, or by contacting us. After a paid renewal, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and access remains available until then.

Refunds

Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time. Duplicate charges, material technical failures, mistaken purchases, and exceptional circumstances will be reviewed fairly under applicable law and Paddle’s policies. Mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights always prevail.

Requesting a refund

Submit a request through Paddle buyer support or email admin@nexoraoffic.com with the purchase email, charge date, plan, and reason. Never send full card details.

Plan changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and billing-cycle changes may apply immediately or at renewal as shown before confirmation. Any proration will be displayed by Paddle.
